Freelance CAD Drafter

We are looking for a freelance CAD Drafter with solid experience in residential interior projects, including elevation drawings, to support our design team on an ad-hoc project basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD software and possess a strong understanding of interior detailing and construction documentation.

• Produce detailed 2D CAD drawings for residential interior projects

• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction detail drawings

• Work closely with the design team to develop accurate technical documentation

• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards

• Revise and update drawings based on feedback or site modifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is a plus)

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in residential interior drafting

• Strong knowledge of construction details, especially elevation drawings

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design plans

• High attention to detail and good time management

• Strong communication skills and a keen sense of design
