The Crew in Guest Experience & Ticketing delivers exceptional guest experiences through following procedures for ticket sales and promotions, handling guest feedback, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. They engage with guests in a fun and friendly manner, providing information about the park and its attractions. Additionally, they perform administrative tasks as needed, serving as an ambassador for the park to ensure an amazing experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all redemptions, ticket sales and various department initiatives are performed in accordance with the defined procedures.
- Attend to guests' feedback and render appropriate service recovery whenever applicable.
- Perform group sales, processing and relationship duties at the various stations.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, and perform administration duties as assigned.
- Interact with guests with a fun and cheerful disposition; disseminate information related to the park and rides.
Requirement:
- GCE N/O/A Levels, ITE Certificate or Diploma.
- Relevant experience in service role preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to handle guest interactions, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism.
- Basic administrative and cashiering skills, including handling ticketing systems, group sales processing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Attention to cleanliness and workplace order, ensuring all work areas meet safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Able to perform shift work, and willing to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Able to stand for long hours and work in an environment where there can be hot, humid and wet weather.
