Job Description:

As a Sales and Service Coordinator(Lvl 2), you will play a vital role in assisting the Sales Team to prepare quotations (RFQs), drafting purchase orders (POs), creating sales orders (SOs), and invoicing, e-filing. Additionally, you'll learn and be able to utilize Microsoft office applications including Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint and ERP system to streamline communication and sales processes.

Career Path:

  • As a Sales and Service Coordinator(Lvl 2), you can progress to more senior roles such as Senior Sales Administrator, Sales & Service Coordinator(Lvl 3), Sales & Service Executive, and Account Manager, based on your expertise, performance, and willingness to grow. To advance to more senior roles, you must demonstrate passion for your work, a good performance on your existing roles, better understanding of our manufacturers, products, customers, and business processes, and the capability to build rapport with customers while becoming more independent in your day-to-day duties

Education:

  • Minimum O-Level or equivalent (some knowledge in marine industry is a plus).

Working Experience:

  • 1 year with proven experience in administrative tasks

Skill requirement:

  • Proficiency in English is essential, as it is the primary language of communication in the global marine industry.
  • Basic understanding of marine electronics and/or marine industry is an asset.
  • Combines customer-centric thinking with practical logic and timely responsivenes
