Our client is offering a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Bunker Trader to join their team in Singapore. Other Information:- Working Day: 5 days
- Working Hour: 9:30am-6:30pm
- Working Location: CBD area (Shenton Way MRT / Downtown MRT)
- Build client relationships: Develop and nurture strong connections with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
- Expand business horizons: Identify and pursue new global opportunities, growing the company's client base and market presence.
- Execute trades seamlessly: Manage the entire trading process, from negotiating terms to coordinating deliveries and ensuring timely payments.
- Stay market-savvy: Keep abreast of industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and identify lucrative trading opportunities.
- Foster teamwork: Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth trade execution and maximum client satisfaction.
- Manage risks effectively: Monitor and mitigate trade-related risks, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Experienced trader: At least 3 years of physical bunker trading experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Industry expert: You possess in-depth knowledge of the bunker fuel market, including various fuel types (HFO, MGO, etc.), quality standards, and international regulations.
- Well-connected professional: You have an established network of clients and suppliers in Asia and globally.
- Skilled communicator: You excel in negotiation and interpersonal communication, with the ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
- Educated in the field: While not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Maritime Studies, or a related field is preferred.
