Roles & Responsibilities

  • To source for quotations, price comparison and costing summary;
  • To prepare project costing;
  • To prepare documents for tender and contract; &
  • To liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers/vendors for project cost issues.

Qualifications : -

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related field,

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm or Construction Firm.

  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.

  • Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
