About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Talent Blaze Pte Ltd, you will play a key role in sourcing and securing top talent for our diverse range of clients. Working in our dynamic and collaborative Central Region office, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle - from understanding client needs to identifying, screening and placing the perfect candidates. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to develop your skills in the fast-paced world of talent acquisition.

What you'll be doing

  • Building and managing relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Actively sourcing, screening and shortlisting talented candidates through various channels.
  • Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Negotiating job offers and onboarding successful candidates.
  • Maintaining a talent pipeline and database to quickly match candidates to opportunities.
  • Providing consultative advice to clients on market trends and best recruitment practices.
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team recruitment targets.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a recruitment or sales/business development role
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to do cold calling and sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  • Proactive and passionate approach to talent sourcing and acquisition
  • Familiarity with recruitment best practices and the job market
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
  • CEI required
