Responsibilities
  • Assess and identify the ongoing education needs of nursing staff.
  • Develop, implement, and coordinate effective training and development plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing education programs to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Oversee educational programs for student nurses, guiding them in developing necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes for effective practice.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment to encourage professional growth among participants.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse certification from the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • A degree in Nursing and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education.
  • A minimum of 9 to 11 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a teaching capacity within a healthcare setting or nursing academic institution.
  • Strong dedication and passion for teaching and nursing education.
  • Proactive, motivated, and exemplary role model for students and peers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by effective leadership qualities.
  • Results-oriented approach with strong time management abilities.
