What You'll Do:
- Translate and interpret accurately between English and Mandarin
- Ensure professionalism, neutrality, and confidentiality in all tasks
- Convey messages clearly without omission or alteration
- Support smooth communication in sensitive or high-pressure situations
What We're Looking For:
- Strong listening, note-taking, and communication skills
- Comfortable with night shifts (rostered)
- Prior translation/interpretation experience a plus
