  • University Degree

B. Skill and Experience Requirement

  • Relevant experience working in a network security or information security roles.
  • Technical skills and knowledge to manage and maintain corporate information security.
  • Experience with network security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, etc.
  • Experience in project implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work autonomously or with minimal supervision and deliver completed work on schedule.
  • Willingness and capability to learn new technologies required for accomplishing project goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Diligent, Patient, Articulate, Cooperative
  • Japanese language at a business proficiency level is essential to communicate with our Japanese clients for business needs/proposals/execution as well as for reporting purposes to our Japan HQ.

C. Expected Working Assignment and accountabilities

  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures in compliance with industry best practices and each country's regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement secure network architectures.
  • Develop mechanisms and documentation to enable APAC location to take security measures autonomously.
  • Organize and structure IT and security operations structure, operation flow.
  • Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and recommend and implement appropriate security controls.
  • Stay updated on the latest security threats and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on our organization.
  • Provide security awareness training and guidance to local employees.
  • Manage relationships with security vendors and service providers, ensuring their performance meets our requirements
