1) The Bartender 's first objective is learning to become familiarized with
all bar procedures.
2) Reports for work well-groomed and in complete uniform at designated time.
3) Pick-up Beverage / Food stock; ensure that stocks issued are correct.
4) Prepares mis - en - plus necessary for the daily operation.
5) Ensures that the bar is kept clean at all times.
6) During the service hours, to keep the bar in full stock of material and items necessary for efficient production.
7) During service hours, helps the bartender in service.
8) After closing hours, to ensure that the bars, back areas are clean.
9) When the bartender is not occupied, to do certain side work, such as polishing of glassware, cleaning of refrigerator, ensure sufficient garnishes that will be required during the service.
10) Punctual, efficient and above all courteous.
11) Constantly strives to give friendly service in guest area.
12) The bartender is aware of all house rules and not only obeys them but assist in enforcing them.
13) A bartender not only assumes a pleasing, helping attitude towards the guests, but also towards his fellow employees.
14) Reports all equipment failures or malfunctions to the Senior Bartender immediately.
15) Fulfill side jobs as designated and any other assignments or responsibilities deemed reasonable and necessary by supervisors
Qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
Other Information
Work : 44 hours per week, as per MOM guidelines
Leave: 10 Annual Leaves per year
