Job Description

The Rental Ambassador will support the daily operations and fulfil general administrative duties which includes attending to short-term rentals and/or service requests from customers.

The Opportunity

• Delivery and collection of vehicles from our customers
• Inspection of vehicle for any damages and turning around of the vehicle for the next rental
• Attending to ad-hoc duties such as accidents, replacement of vehicles and damages to vehicles
• Maintaining and upholding the condition of vehicles including daily upkeep, servicing and maintenance, interior and exterior condition
• Follow through accident repairs and servicing status with workshop
• Managing customer bookings and requests
• Other ad-hoc administrative & operational duties

Job Requirements

• 5.5 day work-week
• Hold a valid Singapore driving license with minimum 4 years driving experience
• Experience in Rental and Leasing Operations will be an added advantage
• Operational excellence with strong work ethics and sense of accountability
• Familiar with Singapore roads, rules, and regulations
