Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Configuration of all types of active devices like Switches, CCTV cameras, wi-fi devices and access control
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN)
- Respond to network alerts and support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
- Perform routine checks to ensure network health, availability, and performance.
- Maintain inventory and documentation for all network assets and patch panels
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network operations or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
