About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Central Engineering Pte Ltd as a PA cum HR professional. In this full-time position, you will be providing high-level administrative and HR support to the senior management team in our Benoi office. This is a varied and dynamic role that will see you playing a key part in the smooth running of the business.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, travel coordination, meeting preparation and minute-taking
- Handling HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with performance management processes
- Coordinating office management activities, such as procurement, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining office equipment and supplies
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects and supporting the senior leadership team with various initiatives as required
What we're looking for
- Significant experience ( 1 years) as a PA or EA, ideally within a professional services or engineering environment
- Strong HR skills and knowledge, with the ability to handle a variety of HR tasks with confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to find solutions
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly
