Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the Southeast Asia sales team, partners and end-users, managing both routine and complex engineering tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Handle pre- and post-sales technical issues, implement temporary fixes and escalate unresolved matters to the Technical Service Manager.
  • Maintain product quality and performance; assist with installation, calibration, troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Conduct training for partners and customers on product usage and maintenance.
  • Keep project documentation updated and assist in preparing technical reports and service documentation.
  • Support regional exhibitions and product demos.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in equipment installation, repair and customer support.
  • Experience servicing projectors is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
