We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Marsh Singapore. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You will be responsible for managing and placing large, complex P&C accounts for corporate clients across various industries. The role requires deep expertise in P&C insurance, exceptional negotiation skills, and a client-centric approach to deliver tailored insurance solutions that mitigate risk and drive value.

We will count on you to:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for large and complex P&C accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and Marsh advisory teams to analyse risk exposures, assess insurance needs, and develop customised P&C solutions.
• Design and execute placement strategies for complex risks, leveraging Marsh's global network and market relationships to secure optimal coverage terms and pricing.
• Engage with insurance carriers to negotiate competitive terms, conditions, and pricing, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Marsh standards.
• Develop innovative and cost-effective insurance programmes tailored to the unique needs of clients in industries such as manufacturing, construction, energy, or financial services.
• Stay abreast of P&C market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice to clients and internal teams.
• Prepare and review placement submissions, proposals, and policy documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity.
• Work closely with client executives, risk managers, and Marsh's advisory, claims, and analytics teams to deliver seamless service and integrated solutions.
• Ensure all placement activities adhere to local regulations, Marsh's internal policies, and industry best practices.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CPCU, ARM, or ACI preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in P&C insurance, with at least 3 years in a placement or broking role handling large and complex accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of P&C insurance products, including property, casualty, D&O, cyber, and specialty lines.
• Established relationships with insurers and reinsurers in the Singapore and Asia-Pacific markets.
