About the Roles

We are looking for a motivated *Manufacturing Engineer* to join a leading manufacturer serving the semiconductor industry, located in Loyang. This permanent position offers a 5-day work week (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5:30 PM) and includes a competitive basic salary with a variable bonus. You'll be part of a dynamic team that supports production process optimization and continuous improvement while gaining hands-on technical experience and professional development opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in developing and improving manufacturing process plans for new and existing products.
  • Review production cycle times with engineers to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support the design and fabrication of cutting tools, fixtures, and gauges used in manufacturing and inspection.
  • Collaborate with production teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues on the shop floor.
  • Conduct cost and time analysis under guidance to evaluate process efficiency.
  • Prepare first article (FA) documentation and assist during product qualification stages.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and cost reduction.
  • Receive on-the-job training and mentorship from senior engineers.
  • Gain exposure to industry-standard CAD/CAM tools such as SolidWorks and SolidCAM.
  • Develop essential skills in project coordination, problem-solving, and technical documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Genuine interest in manufacturing processes, production planning, and process improvement.
  • Basic understanding of CAD software; training will be provided.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail.
