Junior / Associate System Engineer (Singaporean Only)

The Junior / Associate System Engineer will be responsible for supporting system patching, software deployment, and incident management activities across enterprise environments. The role involves ensuring system stability, compliance, and timely resolution of IT service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy operating system and application patches using Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
  • Generate and analyze compliance and patch status reports to ensure systems are up to date.
  • Manage and resolve daily incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs.
  • Perform Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting for system and application-related issues.
  • Conduct server patching activities to maintain security and performance standards.
  • Test and validate patches and applications in staging environments prior to production deployment.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean Citizen (due to project or security clearance requirements).
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft SCCM.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies.
  • Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting or automation.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management tools or vulnerability management platforms.
  • Prior experience in IT operations or infrastructure support.
