Approx. $4,500/month
Join a dedicated team supporting students through meaningful financial aid and award initiatives. We're looking for a meticulous, proactive individual to oversee and enhance student support programmes that make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer a range of financial assistance schemes, including bursaries and student awards
-
Manage the end-to-end bursary cycle, from briefings and application processing to approvals and fund disbursement
-
Coordinate applications for external financial aid and award programmes
-
Generate reports, compile statistics, and manage updates to digital content related to financial assistance
-
Advise students and stakeholders, handling enquiries professionally and empathetically
-
Contribute to digitalisation efforts to improve efficiency
-
Support additional administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
-
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
-
Prior experience in a related role is advantageous

Strong administrative, coordination, and organisational skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
-
Analytical, resourceful, and self-driven with a problem-solving approach

Comfortable with spreadsheets and digital tools
