As a Healthcare Assistant at My Queen, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to mothers and new-born infants during their stay with us.

Job Responsibilities

Baby Care Duties include:

  • Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers
  • Assist in feeding of babies
  • Taking note of babies' temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behaviour, and/or other necessary information
  • Monitoring of babies' growing progress
  • Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements
  • Ensure Baby Safety
  • Umbilical Care
  • Oral and Eye Care
  • Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Mummy Care Duties Include:

  • Monitoring of Mummies' recovery progress
  • Guiding mummies in breastfeeding
  • Guiding mummies in baby care techniques
  • Assist mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions
  • Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Care Scheme (Superior to MOH)

  • By staying with My Queen for a continuous 5-year period, you will receive an extra $30,000 along with your monthly salary and incentives.

Working Hours

  • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Day Shift: 8:00AM - 8:30PM
  • Night Shift: 8:00PM- 8:30AM, with night shift incentives
  • 1.5 hours break included in shifts

Qualifications

  • Possess certification in nursing care, infant care or other relevant courses.

Job Requirements

  • Good working attitude with ability to work in a team
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent and resourceful
  • Willingness to learn and to continuously improve
  • Strong mindset to remain calm and patient
  • Physically fit to carry out daily tasks of carrying infants, and standing for long hours.

*Due to the nature of the job, we are only seeking for female candidates.
