Informatica Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and configure Informatica Server, Informatica Client, and related services on AWS.
• Install, configure, and optimize Oracle Database in a cloud environment.
• Set up and manage Informatica Integration Services and ensure seamless data connectivity.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-availability cloud architecture for Informatica and Oracle workloads.
• Configure networking, storage, and security groups within AWS to support infrastructure.
• Implement user access controls, backups, monitoring, and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure system performance, availability, and scalability by applying AWS best practices.
• Collaborate with development and data teams to support ETL workflows and integration pipelines.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and training for ongoing operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Proven expertise in Informatica PowerCenter / Informatica Cloud setup and administration.
• Experience with Oracle Database installation, configuration, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of data integration, ETL pipelines, and enterprise data workflows.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with networking, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation (CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible) is plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or SysOps certification.
• Informatica Administrator certification.
