Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Roadshow Assistant / Executive to support the planning and execution of roadshow events. This role involves hands-on operational duties, customer engagement, and coordination with the roadshow team to ensure seamless execution and success of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in roadshow setup, teardown, and daily on-site operations.
  • Configure POS machines, manage cashiering, and handle opening/closing procedures.
  • Deliver professional sales service and product advice to customers.
  • Monitor and maintain warehouse inventory, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Provide training, guidance, and supervision to temporary staff.
  • Support the Roadshow Manager in daily operations and any ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in events, roadshows, or retail operations preferred.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, depending on event schedules.
