Job Scope

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop long - and short - term financial strategies. Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks. Build financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, coordinate with departments for data consolidation. Prepare regular financial forecasts, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare detailed financial reports for management and the board. Provide ad - hoc financial analysis as needed.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a financial advisor to other departments. Collaborate on cross - functional projects like M&A and process improvements. Foster financial transparency across the organization.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop the FP & A team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Ensure efficient work processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, advanced Excel, and relevant software tools.
  • In - depth knowledge of GAAP / IFRS and financial management concepts.
  • Leadership skills to manage a team and influence cross - functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for reporting to senior management.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen to align finance with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA / CFA designation preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, with leadership experience.
  • Industry - specific experience is an advantage.
