Warehouse and Logistics Executive

Our client is looking for a junior-level Logistics & Warehouse Executive who is ready to take ownership of daily operations and grow with them. If you have a couple of years of experience and want to build your career in supply chain and logistics, we would love to hear from you
- 5 days, Tuas, Transport provided (2 ways)
- $3200 - $3500, 1mth AWS, peformance bonus

Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation of goods to/from suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and project sites
- Organize packing and shipment activities with accuracy and timeliness
- Receive incoming goods and perform quality checks (e.g., size, damage, completeness)
- Handle day-to-day warehouse operations – storing, picking, packing, and dispatching
- Ensure up-to-date and accurate inventory using Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Prepare and manage shipping/export/import documentation
- Troubleshoot logistics issues and support process improvement initiatives
- Work closely with Procurement, Production, and Engineering teams
Requirements:
- Possess a NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Good communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
