Job Responsibilities

  • Perform regular security health checks, patch management, and ensure compliance for Windows servers.

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers (2003/2008 R2), domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support on hardware, software, and network issues; maintain LAN, backups, and email administration.

  • Manage procurement, configuration, and deployment of IT equipment (PCs, laptops, servers); maintain inventory and software licenses.

  • Assist in IT-related projects, procurement processes, and ensure compliance with financial and operational standards.

  • Handle network troubleshooting, manage switches and communication systems, and maintain up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma qualification in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in general IT systems support

  • Experienced in the management of IT applications users, cyber security implementation will be an added advantage

  • Open to 5.25-day (Alternate Saturday) workweek
