We're searching for an Engineer to be part of our Facilities Department's diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for providing facilities support pertaining to Clean Room, Chillers and HVAC Systems, Environmental Protection Systems, Process Utilities Supply Systems, Building Services and Maintenance, and other miscellaneous mechanical and facilities systems to wafer fabrication to ensure continuous supply of utilities and related facilities at the required performance level or specifications.

What you will be working on:

  • Formulate and implement preventive maintenance programs for systems in charge to ensure that the systems function as intended at all times.
  • Carry out repair and troubleshooting of systems to restore them to their operating conditions in the shortest possible time.
  • Monitor and review system performance and capacity usage and provide regular reports. Recommend and implement improvement/enhancement projects.
  • Formulate and implement operating procedures to ensure optimum operation of systems.
  • Monitor and review utility consumption and work with users to implement projects to reduce consumption where possible.
  • Track spares and consumable usage and ensure adequate provision for day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure plant histories, drawings, data, and other appropriate documentation are generated and properly filed for future reference and review.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate spares, consumables, and other resources necessary for the day-to-day operation of the systems.

Requirements:

· Master's / Degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Building, or equivalent.

  • 1-3 years working experience in semiconductor environment, pharmaceutical or petrochemical industry preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic engineering knowledge, which may include knowledge in building air conditioning and mechanical ventilation, building automation, and industrial control systems.
