We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Engineer with expertise in tank volume calibration for oil and gas storage facilities. The ideal candidate will perform precise tank calibration, and verification to ensure compliance with API, and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct tank calibration and volumetric calculations for aboveground storage tanks or other vessels.

Perform manual tank measurements (ullage, innage) and use automated calibration tools (laser scanning, total stations, or 3D modeling software).

Ensure compliance with API MPMS Chapter 2

Analyze calibration data and generate tank capacity tables.

Troubleshoot discrepancies in tank measurements and recommend corrective actions.

Work closely with supervisor to validate calibration results.

Follow strict safety protocols (confined space entry and work at height).

Travel to client sites (refineries, terminals, pipelines) as needed.
