Are you a strategic thinker looking for a stepping stone into the world of digital marketing?

You will receive guided training and hands-on experience across various aspects of content marketing and growth strategies. Working alongside our team, you'll contribute to projects for our clients and our in-house initiatives, helping to grow and deliver top-notch results.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Creation:
  • Collaborate with account managers, designers, and interns to develop compelling proposals according to best practices and client briefs.
  • Ensure proposals are strategically aligned with client objectives and showcase our agency's capabilities effectively.
• Content Planning:
  • Develop content plans for both our organic channels and client channels as required.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Attend team meetings every Tuesday and Wednesday in person to discuss project updates, brainstorm ideas, and strategize.
  • Participate in client meetings in person to understand their needs, provide insights, and present content proposals.

Requirements:

• Proactive and Team Player:
  Must be proactive in seeking opportunities, contributing ideas, and collaborating effectively with team members. A team player who can thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Fast Self-Learner:
  Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and industry trends to adapt to the fast-paced nature of digital marketing.
• Articulate Communication:
  Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly, present proposals confidently with the team, and handle client pitches effectively.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or at least 2- 3 years working experiences in an agency or related field
• Proven experience in content creation and proposal development, preferably within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies is a plus.

Working Hours:

Mondays - Fridays: 9.30am - 6.30pm

This role is a hybrid (In office/remote days will be re-arranged at the discretion of management)
