We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer CAD/CAM to join our team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Provide technical and after-sales support to customers, dealers, and partners, ensuring excellent service.
  2. Pre-Sales Support: Demonstrate technical expertise during pre-sales, addressing manufacturing challenges with appropriate solutions.
  3. Software Deployment & Training: Lead client onboarding, deliver comprehensive training, and empower users.
  4. Issue Resolution & Market Insight: Troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay updated on market trends to meet project deadlines.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing, CNC programming, or related fields involving machine tools, materials, and metal removal processes.
  • Deep knowledge of CNC machining, control systems, and CAD/CAM software.
  • Experience with milling and turning machines, preferably multi-axis.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, GD&T knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.
Personal Attributes
  • Excellent communication skills in English; regional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about innovative technologies.
Additional Requirements
  • Location: Singapore
  • Valid driving license
  • Flexibility for domestic and occasional international travel
