Job Description

  1. Establishes and grows good relationship with existing customers and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  2. Handles and follow-up with feedback or claims from customers.

  3. Works closely with Production Planning and Control team to meet customers' requirements.

  4. Works closely with sales support team to co-ordinate on shipment arrangement.

  5. Responsible for achieving monthly sales results in accordance with set targets.

  6. Identify and develop new business opportunities.

  7. Monitors and ensures timely payment from customers.

  8. Visit customers at overseas to build stronger business relations and enhance customers' service level.

  9. Performs any other tasks as assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or its equivalent.

  2. Candidate with Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering background an added advantage.

  3. 2 ~ 3 years of relevant experience.

  4. Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin with our Taiwan and China customers.

  5. Good communication skills and able to work independently.

  6. Ability to handle pressure and perform under tight deadlines.

  7. Sales driven, result oriented.
