About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Regional Wealth Management Operations to drive and implement the Target Operating Model for Wealth Management Operations for the different investment products and segments.
- Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve client experience and ensure regulatory compliance through digital transformation and automation.
- Assist the Head of Regional WMO to monitor the locations operations in adhering to all policies, processes and controls.
- Drive discussions on risk and control issues to ensure gaps are reviewed for closure and share best practices across Locations.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including business and technology partners.
- Degree Holder with 8 years of relevant project management experience in Wealth Management and Private Banking Operations
- Hands-on experience with Avaloq System will be of added advantage
- A keen eye for control and ability to sieve out key issues and root causes in various circumstances
- Strong control mindset, with an eye for details, ability to prepare/manage schedules to deliver under tight deadlines
- Experience working at an organisation going through an Agile transformation
- Be able to communicate the analytical findings, both in writing and verbally
- Decisive and solution focused, possess strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyse significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated demonstrating growth mindset with quest for learning new skills and techniques
