How you succeed
You will succeed by building strong relationships with various teams across OCBC. Proactive communication and collaboration are key. You'll need to be detail-oriented, systematically assessing risks and following up on mitigation plans. Prioritising tasks effectively and staying ahead of potential issues will be essential for maintaining a stable and secure application environment

What you do

• Work with teams to identify and assess application and system risks.

• Conduct Control Self-Assessments (CSAs) and contribute to Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reporting.

• Monitor and follow up on Risk Assessment Framework (RAF) and eRCSA expirations.

• Assess risks associated with emerging threats to application integrity.

• Review and optimise internal processes and workflows.

• Manage the lifecycle and inventory of digital certificates across OCBC.

Who you are

• You have at least 10 years of experience in technology risk and compliance or technology audit management, ideally within banking.

• You possess a strong technical understanding of applications and system components.

• You communicate effectively and build rapport with colleagues across different teams.

• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on preventing risks.

• You are comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

• You're a problem-solver with a passion for ensuring system stability and security.
