Digital Account Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and ambitious Digital Account Executive to join our fast-growing social team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading newly-won social media accounts (government-based), managing existing accounts, and building new ones, while establishing strong and trusted relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing client relationships and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high performance and growth for digital campaigns.

Job Description

Account Management

  • Manage overall project deliverables and ensure timelines are met.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining clear, concise, and professional communication with all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Account Director to coordinate workflows between external partners and internal teams, ensuring on-brief and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Support and guide clients in maintaining the standards of social customer care, ensuring response times meet expectations.

Social Media Management

  • Collaborate with planning and creative teams to execute digital strategies and develop project briefs that align with campaign objectives.
  • Interpret briefs, research, plan, and oversee content calendars across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Manage assets, oversee monthly content calendars, and maintain posting schedules.
  • Handle day-to-day engagement, including responding to queries and interactions on social media platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools such as Meta Insights and Google Analytics.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for performance optimization.
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on ad performance.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly social media performance reports.
  • Analyze campaign data to inform editorial calendar development and achieve KPIs.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for new campaign ideas, influencer partnerships, and engagement strategies.
  • Develop content pillars and oversee the design and rollout of high-quality creative deliverables across multiple digital and social platforms.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in social/digital marketing within an advertising or communications agency.
  • Proven track record in managing social media accounts and campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of optimization across all social media platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience with government-related projects will be an advantage.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate for creative integrity and strategic value.
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and adaptable team player.
