Villa Attendant (In-Room Dining / Mini Bar) – Raffles Sentosa (5-Star Hotel Villa)

As a Villa Attendant at Raffles Sentosa, you'll be part of a warm and supportive team that ensures guests enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. This role is straightforward and easy to pick up, perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and being active at work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Send food and drink orders to guest villas.
  • Clear trays, plates, and glasses after service.
  • Refill mini bars and restock villa items.
  • Keep service areas neat and tidy.
  • Assist with simple ad-hoc duties and update the WhatsApp group when needed.

Requirements:

  • No experience needed – training will be provided.
  • Friendly attitude and good teamwork.
  • Neat and well-groomed appearance (uniform provided, black formal trousers and fully black shoes required).
  • Able to follow hotel service standards and simple instructions.

Working Hours:

  • Shift options: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM or 2 PM to 2 AM
  • 5–6 days per week (rotating schedule)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $13/hour
  • Meals provided during shift
  • Transport provided available for late shifts
  • Free shuttle bus service from HarbourFront every 15 minutes
