DigitalBridge is seeking a highly motivated team-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Investor Relations team. Primary responsibilities include working with senior investor relations professionals as part of its overall global digital infrastructure investment management business. The role encompasses content creation, data management and investor relations, among other responsibilities. This position will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify potential investors and investment opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, presentations, and other materials (E.g. RFP/RFI/DDQ) for capital raising initiatives.
  • Support the due diligence process by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial data and investment performance metrics.
  • Participate in the coordination and execution of investor meetings, onsite due diligence or meetings and other events.
  • Maintain and update investor databases and CRM systems.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior team members on capital formation activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance investor engagement and satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 year of experience in finance, banking, or a related field, preferably in a private equity or investment banking environment.
  • Business proficiency in both English and Japanese to facilitate effective communication with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Attention to details.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
