Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business and functional requirements (BRDs/FRDs), including Temenos-specific BRDs.
  • Lead requirement-elicitation sessions through workshops, interviews, and analysis of existing documentation.
  • Perform gap analyses and impact assessments for core banking transformation, upgrade, or migration projects.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Support test case creation, test coordination, defect management, and cutover planning/go-live activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (Basel III, MiFID II, PSD2, AML/KYC, FATCA) and document related controls.

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of core banking domains and processes: accounts, payments, loans, deposits, interest, etc.
  • Hands-on Temenos experience, including modules, TIM methodology, relevant project exposure, and official certifications.
  • Experience working with BJB systems such as OTMS, DATAPLATFORM, and Integration Layer is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the complete value chain within a specific banking business domain.
  • Participation in core banking transformation, upgrade, or migration projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Basic technical understanding of data models, APIs, and system integration.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and operational staff.
  • Exposure to Avaloq, Finacle, Flexcube, or other core banking systems is a plus.
