Job Responsibilities

Primary tasks

  • Reports directly to the Senior / Production Maintenance Engineer.

  • Able to perform the purification process of hydrogen peroxide and its related activities.

  • Able to perform the mixing of ammonium hydroxide process and its related activities.

  • Able to perform the process facilities operation and its related activities.

  • Able to conduct process maintenance operations and its related activities.

  • Arranged manpower and work utilization, lead staff during maintenance operation on related equipment and instruments

  • Ensure that all related operation, processes, equipment, instruments, and facilities are performing within stipulated standard and in line with acceptable quality and safety levels.

  • Conducts arrangement for preventive maintenance, calibration, and other related activities for the above-mentioned operations.

  • Ensure that all related equipment / instruments are within prescribes inventory threshold.

  • Carry out review of the process for continual improvement and able to conduct statistical process control parameters.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate with a Degree in a related field.

  • Preferably with at least 2 year working experience in process maintenance manufacturing setting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge on Auto-CAD is preferred.
