Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing excellent service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle and follow up on customer orders promptly and accurately.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Customer service–oriented with a pleasant and polite personality.
  • Positive attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A good team player with effective communication skills.
  • Able to work on a rotational or weekend shift.
  • Honest, responsible, and dependable.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus, as the role requires communication with Chinese-speaking clients.
