Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing excellent service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle and follow up on customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Customer service–oriented with a pleasant and polite personality.
- Positive attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A good team player with effective communication skills.
- Able to work on a rotational or weekend shift.
- Honest, responsible, and dependable.
- Capable of multitasking and managing priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus, as the role requires communication with Chinese-speaking clients.
