Location: Changi Cargo Complex
Basic Salary: $2800 - $3000
Responsibilities:
- Supervise drivers and delivery assistants, ensuring safety and reporting issues to the Operation Manager.
- Plan and assign daily jobs, maintaining communication to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve job-related problems and manage time extension requests.
- Report cargo damage, delivery discrepancies, and accidents promptly.
- Assist in incident investigations and prepare reports for management.
- Manage vehicle use, scheduling maintenance and inspections.
- Provide after-hours customer support and follow up on driver feedback.
- Support the Operation Manager with daily queries and assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Good coordination skills
- Able to work well in a team
- Able to work in Changi Cargo Complex
