You possess exceptional quantitative skills complemented by a keen eye for detail, allowing you to construct reliable models that withstand scrutiny. Your fluency in English supports clear written communication across reports and presentations. Beyond technical expertise, your success will stem from your willingness to collaborate openly with colleagues, share knowledge generously, and adapt quickly as priorities shift. A genuine interest in financial markets paired with resilience under pressure ensures you remain engaged even during demanding periods.

  • A strong academic background with a Bachelor's degree is essential; an advanced graduate degree such as an MBA is considered advantageous for this position.
  • Up to one year of relevant experience in equity research, investment analysis or accounting is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with financial markets.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required at an advanced level, including experience building and maintaining complex financial models for valuation purposes.
  • Fluency in English (both reading and writing) is necessary for effective communication within the team and when preparing publications.
  • A critical thinker with a high level of intellectual curiosity who enjoys exploring new ideas and challenging assumptions within a supportive environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative combined with meticulous attention to detail ensures accuracy in all aspects of research output.
