Role Description

At HearLIFE Singapore, we are looking a Clinical Audiologist who is passionate about helping people hear - in the way that best suits their individual needs. This means not only fitting and programming hearing aids, but also recognizing when hearing implants, such as cochlear implants, middle ear implants or bone conduction systems, will bring greater benefit for those whose wearing hearing aids are no longer providing optimum outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing assessments to evaluate conditions such as hearing loss, tinnitus and balance problems
• Provide individualized counselling and tailored recommendations to help clients understand their condition and receive the most appropriate solutions aligned with their lifestyle and needs
• Fit, program and optimize hearing aids and implantable hearing solutions through verification, validation and continuous follow-up support
• Deliver clinical support to public and private audiology and ENT centers for hearing implants
• Collaborate and build professional relationships with ENT specialists, surgeons, doctors and healthcare professionals
• Stay current with advancements in audiology and implantable technologies through ongoing professional development, ensuring delivery of high-quality, evidence-based clinical care

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Audiology is essential
• Experience with hearing aids
• Experience with hearing implants, or a willingness to learn and develop the skills
• A client-focused mindset, with strong communication skill
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4, $5,000.00 per month
