Carrie K. is seeking a talented Customer Service & Sales Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. As Singapore's acclaimed fine jewellery brand creating meaningful jewellery for Engagements, Weddings and life's milestones. We're looking for someone who loves jewellery and enjoys helping people.

The Role
You'll be the vital link between our clients and jewellery consultants, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint. This position combines customer service excellence with administrative precision to support our sales team and delight our clients.
Key Responsibilities

Create an uplifting first impression by greeting clients and managing communications via phone, email, and social media

Connect clients with suitable jewellery consultants and schedule appointments

Track sales leads and maintain accurate customer data

Coordinate quotes and prepare sales packs

Manage production order timelines and fulfillment

Ensure accurate inventory management

Maintain an inviting, spotless sales floor with properly displayed products

Assist with store opening procedures and sales events
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in customer service or sales support/admin role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong listening abilities and genuine service orientation

Professional integrity and confidentiality

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Quick to learn new software applications

Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy

Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Positive, supportive attitude and team player mentality
No prior jewellery knowledge required, but a passion to learn about gems and jewellery is essential.
