JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Generate cash sales bill and sales invoices
  • Record receipt from debtors and weekly debtor aging report
  • Prepare Debtor's statements on a timely basis
  • Issue credit note for customer returns
  • Inter-project billing and project costing
  • Record cash purchases
  • Responsible for document filling
  • High degree of accuracy and meticulous to detail.
  • Ad-hoc duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate possesses "O" Level/LCCI/CAT or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Preferable with 1 year relevant working experience in accounting. (Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge in AutoCount accounting system will be an added advantage.
  • Attentive to details, well organised, strong analytical mind, proactive, positive thinking.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good written and communication in Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates and customers..
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm & Alternate Saturday 8.30am – 12.30pm.
  • Preferably able to start work immediately or short notice.
