Job Description & Requirements

As a Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our business reach. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, enhance brand visibility, and foster partnerships that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies. Utilize insights to develop targeted initiatives that capitalize on market opportunities.
  2. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to formulate long-term business development plans aligned with organizational goals. Develop actionable strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and optimize operational efficiency.
  3. Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, event organizers, influencers, and community organizations. Negotiate collaborations, sponsorships, and promotional opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
  4. Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets. Implement innovative sales tactics, promotional campaigns, and customer loyalty programs to maximize profitability and customer engagement.
  5. New Business Ventures: Identify and evaluate potential expansion opportunities, including new locations, delivery services, catering options, or product offerings. Conduct feasibility studies, financial analyses, and risk assessments to support informed decision-making.
  6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and generate repeat business. Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and continuously improve service quality.
  7. Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling branding initiatives, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing strategies. Leverage various channels, including social media, email marketing, and Public Relation, to raise brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  8. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
