About us:

Seashell Academy, under Xinghai Education Group, specialises in Science, Mathematics, and Chinese tuition for primary school students preparing for the PSLE. As we expand rapidly across Singapore, we are looking for a proactive, target-driven Sales Executive to join our team, convert leads into enrolled students, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion

Follow up on all leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other channels

Contact parents via phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, and in-person consultations to introduce programmes and highlight academic value

Arrange trial lessons, assessments, and follow through to secure enrolments

Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing

Sales Development & Pipeline Growth

Actively prospect and develop new sales channels (parent groups, roadshows, partnerships, school promotions)

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently

Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns to generate high-quality leads

Event Sales Support

Represent the Academy during Open Houses, Education Fairs, and Parent Seminars

Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed trial lessons or enrolments on-site

Conduct timely follow-up post-event to maximise conversion rates

Data & Reporting

Accurately update and maintain lead/customer data in CRM

Provide weekly and monthly sales reports on performance, conversion, and pipeline health

Analyse sales trends and recommend strategies to improve effectiveness

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of sales, course consultancy, or customer-facing role (education industry preferred)

Bilingual: Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken & written)

Strong sales and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends (events, open houses, fairs)
