Part-Time Happy Service Crew (Permanent Roster – Day & Night Shifts)

We're looking for passionate and friendly individuals to join our team as Part-Time Happy Service Crew , spreading happiness one sweet treat at a time If you love interacting with people and find joy in making someone's day a little sweeter, come be part of our small, close-knit team dedicated to creating belly smiles .

Your Role

As part of our Happy Service Crew, you'll play an essential role in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience with us. This is a permanent part-time role with a fixed weekly roster — perfect for those looking for stable, regular hours while working in a fun and vibrant environment.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service: Take and serve orders with warmth and professionalism, creating memorable guest experiences.
  • POS Operations: Process orders and payments accurately in the POS system.
  • Table Setup & Service: Prepare tables and seating according to guest preferences and ensure smooth table service.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Provide courteous, efficient, and flexible service to keep our guests smiling.
  • Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas and ensure proper upkeep of service equipment.
  • Menu Knowledge: Be familiar with our desserts, teas, and parfaits to confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
  • Kitchen Coordination: Communicate clearly with the kitchen on orders, wait times, and availability.
  • Efficiency & Precision: Work in a timely and organized manner while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Build positive relationships with team members and contribute to a supportive, cheerful work environment.
  • Leadership Growth: Potential to lead a team of part-timers and oversee daily operations if you're ready to step up.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings energy, passion, and genuine care for people — someone who takes pride in brightening a guest's day.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service or customer-facing roles.
  • Education: Diploma or higher preferred, with strong communication skills and confidence in explaining menu items to guests.
  • Personality: Cheerful, energetic, and highly motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Bonus Skills: Basic knowledge of preparing simple cocktails and whisking matcha is a plus
  • Commitment: Able to commit to a fixed weekly roster for at least 3 months , including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Eligibility: Only open to Singaporeans and PRs.
