We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Preschool Educator to lead quality teaching practices and support centre operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging lessons

  • Mentor and coach new teachers and apprentices

  • Document children's learning and development

  • Ensure effective classroom and behaviour management

  • Support centre events, staff scheduling, and curriculum leadership

  • Liaise with parents on children's progress and development

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment

  • Act as Principal when needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (Teaching)

  • ECDA L2 certified (preferred)

  • Minimum 5 years of preschool teaching experience

  • Strong communication and mentoring skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word

  • Strong team player with leadership capabilities
