· days work week, 9am to 6pm
· Salary: up to $4,000
· Global role, will be required some OT (will be compensated by OT pay or time off in lieu)
As part of the Technical Helpdesk Team, you will provide in-house Helpdesk and Technical support to end users. You will also be involved in the installation, cabling and set-up of workstations, PCs and printers.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-house helpdesk and technical support to end users and vessel IT
- Support and resolve in-house end users and IT technical issues
- Assist in the installation, cabling and setting up of workstations, PCs, and printers
- Performs software updates
- Microsoft 365 Admin
- Attend to ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or IT related field
- 3 – 5 years of IT support experience
- Ability to work overtime
- Good communications and stakeholders management skills
