Sales Executive – Pantry Solution Services
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Account Executive to join our team and support the growth of our pantry solutions business. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales, customer service, and workplace food solutions. You will play a key role in identifying potential corporate clients, managing existing accounts, and ensuring our pantry solutions meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Identify potential corporate clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
Schedule and attend client meetings to introduce Tasty Snack Asia's pantry solutions.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and basic pricing solutions for clients.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up on potential business opportunities.
Account Management & Customer Support
Support senior account managers in managing corporate client relationships.
Assist with order processing, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth customer service.
Address basic client inquiries and escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
Build strong client relationships by understanding their pantry needs and providing recommendations.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with internal teams (operations and marketing) to stay updated on service offerings.
Keep track of sales activities, update CRM records, and prepare presentation decks for client engagement.
Support the team in organizing sales campaigns and promotions.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management (B2B experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for workplace food solutions and a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and CRM tools is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
