Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• Quantity measurement of the following trades:

• Structural works

• Piping works

• Electrical and instrumentation works

• Mechanical and equipment works

• Painting works

• Reconcile MTO with the client

• Monitoring changes on-site with production teams. It could be identified in the followings:

• Design drawing changes:

• Site instruction from Client

• Job Confirmation Sheet from client

• Identification of Changes (IOC) from Production Team

• Confirmation of Verbal Instruction (COVI) from Production Team

• Compiling change proposal register

• Preparation & submission of change proposal to Client for approval
• Reconcile with Client on the change proposals submitted

• Project Costs Control:

• Design drawing changes

• Monitoring periodically on the increased or decreased in works scope.

• Handle any Commercial Claims (i.e. Extension of Time, disputed claims,
  
  etc)

• Contracts Management:

• Ensure that our works & costs are in-line with the contract

• Able to identify variance arises in the contract

• Manage any disputed items

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
