Singapore TSINGLAND M&E PTE. LTD. Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience in MEP drawing in M&E industry

  • Responsible for creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle

  • Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information

  • To create BIM models and build the BIM libraries

  • Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes;

  • Develop plan, elevation, section and detail drawings from the BIM with adequate detail

  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree & Specialist Diploma in BIM

Working experiences with BIM

Must be proficient in Revit & MS Office

Highly adaptable, flexible personality who embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently

Good command of spoken and written English
